Hotel Santa Ana Rooms

Santa Ana is a beautiful hotel, great location. Pool was a favorite of the kids, everyone was so friendly.

Nice area, lovely staff, very clean and comfortable.

Staff was wonderful. Location was great. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay here again. What a beautiful city to enjoy in the day and evening.

This is my second time staying here and it’s a great little budget hotel with super friendly staff in great location.

Property and staff are warm and inviting. My room on the 2nd floor quiet and dark at night. A wonderful way to recuperate strength after a long trip from the north with its time and weather changes! Thank you Carolina and Dulce for your kindness and assistance - and patience with us older folks! Coffee and breakfast was available in the morning. Very good and reasonably priced. The lobby area is nicely decorated “old Mexico” style - and a pleasant place for chatting with new acquaintances and winding down after a day of touring. The pool is small - but very welcome on the couple of hot days we had while there. Hope to return one day!

Simple, but great location! Walk anywhere of interest on 10 to 20 minutes. Spotless, comfy, great air con and pool. Great price!

The place was good. It was easy to go around to the city center. Also, the parking was easy to find. It is good choice, if you want to stay close to the city center.

The hotel is quietly located. Easy walking to parks, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the airy comfort of the breakfast room. And the 4 choices for breakfast are perfect for a 4 night stay.

The property was in a great location simple but charming, small hotel. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent and very clean. It was in a quiet location.

The location and the price.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in between the best streets to visit but away from the noise. The common areas are artsy and fun, the inside courtyard and greeneries keep the place cool, the crowd is mostly europeans, breakfasts are simple but tasty, beds were good, AC worked well and silently, but best of all there is no noise at night at all!

LOVED everything about this charming little hotel - from the beautifully shaded courtyard, the welcoming staff, and the quiet, clean rooms. Ours had a lovely view over jungly plants to the church, too. The location was a good midway point between Plaza Grande and Gran Parque la Plancha, with tons of good restaurants and small art galleries nearby.

Stayed here a couple times and will continue in the future. Great courtyard and pool to hand out during hottest part of day. Ideal location, bikes to rent, friendly staff.

The staff were so gracious and helpful and kind. The room was very simple and cool from the heat with a comfortable king bed. The shower was amazing and the pool was cool and clean. La Iglesia de Santa Ana was two buildings away and staying right before Christmas was magical. Singing and mass in the early morning hours made my heart feel so full. It was very clise to Paseo de Montejo and about 10 or 15 minutes to the Zocalo so a little quieter.

Beautiful property/rooms centrally located

Excellent staff, excellent location close to restaurants, shops only 5 minute walk to Paseo Montejo and 15 minute walk to Plaza Grande. Room was cleaned daily, quiet area of town right next to Parque Santa Ana. They rent bicycle for 50 pesos you can use all day. Pool was clean albeit a bit cold.

Loved that the room and hotel was very clean! Loved the staff - they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We recommend Santa Ana and plan to come back again!!
